Pictured above is Dan Cusack, his paralegal, Glenda, and Tina Maher after they received their successful decision in Tina L. Maher v. Bradley University, 02 WC 63151.  Tina works in the Housekeeping Department at Bradley University and contracted carpal tunnel in both wrists which required her to have surgery.  The University claimed that Tina's condition was not connected to her work.  After presenting the testimony of several doctors and a contested trial, the Industrial Commission Arbitrator awarded Tina permanent disability for both wrists, payment of all her related medical bills, and benefits for her time off work.  Dan Cusack has negotiated and tried many workers' compensation cases involving carpal tunnel to successful conclusions.
